第一類：教育的重要性

題目可能這樣考：高中教育對(duì)于大學(xué)重不重要，大學(xué)教育對(duì)于找工作是否重要。凡是問到，都選擇重要。因?yàn)榉彩墙逃?，都涉及到傳授知識(shí)、鍛煉能力，比如與他人溝通與合作，只需要在眾多理由中列舉兩點(diǎn)就可以輕松搞定了。這里給大家總結(jié)了四條，并給出參考段子。大家可以在遇到不同題目的時(shí)候根據(jù)附加條件的不同稍作修改，靈活運(yùn)用。

1.學(xué)到知識(shí)，為以后打下基礎(chǔ)/貢獻(xiàn)社會(huì)

In college,students can learn more professional knowledge,which helps them to have a deeper understanding of the major subject,and form the basis of their further learning,so they are better able to make achievements in the related field and contribute to the society.

2.積累人脈，提供機(jī)會(huì)和支持

Students can accumulate valuable people resources.For example,the alumni.They may recommend you to some great companies,share information about the current needs of the job market,and tips on how to write resume,make appealing self-introduction,and dress more appropriately.

3.鍛煉合作能力，提高解決問題的效率

One important thing students can learn at a college is how to work with others.Students are often involved in group projects where they can meet people from various backgrounds with different personalities.So they have opportunities to learn how to deal with conflicts and communicate effectively,so problems can be solved effectively.

4.培養(yǎng)研究能力，提高自己的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力

Students get to develop research skills.When doing research,they need to collect and analyze data,write reports and papers,and compile materials,which helps them pay attention to details and cultivate their independent learning ability.Also,the research experience can boost up their resume.

段子有了，可以怎么用呢？我們來看一道題：

Some people believe that a person needs a college education in order to have a successful career,others believe that a college education is not necessary for success.Which point of view do you agree with?Explain why.

這道題我們選擇應(yīng)該接受大學(xué)教育。理由從上面挑出兩個(gè)最容易和就職扯上關(guān)系的：一是學(xué)到專業(yè)知識(shí)，二是能夠積累人脈。所以這樣作答：

I really believe students need college education in order to have a successful career.

這道題特殊一點(diǎn)，因?yàn)楹衞nly這種極端詞，并且短時(shí)間讓我們想出對(duì)于哪些學(xué)生才是更適合的比較難，不如直接從正方入手。即說出兩點(diǎn)大學(xué)教育帶來的普遍好處，比如學(xué)到知識(shí)、鍛煉能力，強(qiáng)調(diào)這些都是可以從長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)帶來益處的即可。示范如下：

（3）：Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?Students go to college only to find a job after graduation.

這道題和上一題類似。因?yàn)楹衞nly這種極端詞，選擇不同意肯定是更好論證。因?yàn)橹恍枰欢纬姓J(rèn)其合理性，另一段找到一個(gè)理由去反駁即可。比如，首先，可以指出在大學(xué)里學(xué)生除了能學(xué)到專業(yè)知識(shí)和技能，還更能鍛煉到不同的能力，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力、溝通技能，這是使人一生受用的。另外，如果學(xué)生只是想要就業(yè)，大可不必上花這么多費(fèi)用大學(xué)，直接上技校就好了。那么給大家示范如下：

具體的問法包括：怎樣完成作業(yè)，是演講好還是寫論文好；應(yīng)該怎樣評(píng)分，按照課堂表現(xiàn)給分還是寫一篇期末論文；是老師全程講解還是學(xué)生也進(jìn)行一部分的發(fā)言比較好；是喜歡做大量的作業(yè)，還是喜歡在學(xué)習(xí)上有更多的自主權(quán)？

既然這些都是學(xué)校教育的一部分，那么肯定具備一些內(nèi)在的好處，我們可以直接使用前面第一類題目提到過的內(nèi)容，比如鍛煉合作能力，提高解決問題的效率，因?yàn)閷W(xué)校環(huán)境的固有特點(diǎn)就是可以和其他人交流與互動(dòng)?？梢哉J(rèn)識(shí)人，那么就可以自然想到能幫助積累重要人脈資源。比如這道題：

Teachers nowadays prefer to give students group assignments instead of individual assignments.Do you think it’s a good idea?

選擇group assignment很容易回答。首先，你需要和不同的人打交道，因此可以說鍛煉到與人合作的能力。第二點(diǎn)，可以說能幫助積累重要的人脈資源。基本照搬。

此外，選擇哪種方式的目的是為了獲得更好的學(xué)習(xí)效果，因此我們還可以考慮至少一下兩個(gè)因素：獲取知識(shí)的途徑（信息呈現(xiàn)的方式）是否多樣，以及是否能直接獲得反饋。
