托福口語(yǔ)終極大boss-Task 4。作為口語(yǔ)最后一道題壓軸出現(xiàn),Task 4無(wú)疑對(duì)于很多同學(xué)來(lái)說(shuō)是很難的。

3個(gè)難點(diǎn)

難點(diǎn)1-lecture沒(méi)聽(tīng)懂,部分信息沒(méi)跟上

對(duì)于聽(tīng)力成績(jī)?cè)?2分或以下的同學(xué)。沒(méi)有了閱讀內(nèi)容的提前鋪墊,無(wú)法提前預(yù)判聽(tīng)力的信息,并且還要邊聽(tīng)邊做筆記,很考驗(yàn)同學(xué)們的聽(tīng)記平衡能力。有些同學(xué)會(huì)抱怨:聽(tīng)就沒(méi)時(shí)間做筆記,做筆記就聽(tīng)不懂了。

難點(diǎn)2-lecture聽(tīng)懂了,筆記不知道該記什么,筆記內(nèi)容零散,不利于說(shuō)的時(shí)候組織語(yǔ)言。甚至說(shuō)的時(shí)候,看不懂自己的筆記了。

難點(diǎn)3-lecture聽(tīng)懂了,筆記清晰,但是組織語(yǔ)言能力弱,想說(shuō)的東西說(shuō)不出來(lái),說(shuō)出來(lái)的內(nèi)容語(yǔ)法錯(cuò)誤頻出,邏輯混亂。

那些聽(tīng)力很好的同學(xué)就一定能答好Task 4嗎?真的不一定。聽(tīng)懂了,筆記記了一大堆,想說(shuō)的內(nèi)容很多很多,但是真正說(shuō)的時(shí)候就變成了“啊吧啊吧啊吧”(聽(tīng)力25+的同學(xué)汪地一聲就哭了)

經(jīng)驗(yàn)分享

想攻克這三個(gè)問(wèn)題其實(shí)很簡(jiǎn)單,根據(jù)下面三個(gè)步驟去做,然后不斷地練習(xí),熟練就可以。

Step 1:理清楚Task 4整體框架,主動(dòng)定位重要信息,減少聽(tīng)力負(fù)擔(dān)

Step 2:只記重點(diǎn),分層記錄,規(guī)范筆記格式,看著筆記能夠順利輸出

Step 3:合理利用準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間,提前梳理易錯(cuò)之處,保證流利度

舉個(gè)例子:我們先聽(tīng)下這篇聽(tīng)力

Step 1:理清楚Task 4整體框架,主動(dòng)定位重要信息

So,of course,many large mammals that live in the ocean like dolphins and whales survive by eating fish.Now these mammals often work together to hunt the fish,and they have an interesting strategy for catching them.The hunters herd the fish chasing the fish together and forcing them into a tight group.With the fish tightly bunched together,it's more difficult for them to escape.So let's talk about how marine mammals herd fish.

第一段是聽(tīng)力的導(dǎo)入部分,用于引出主旨。

先鋪墊主題,介紹herd fish的概念就是追逐小魚(yú)讓他們抱團(tuán)在一起,以及目的-使得小魚(yú)更容易被抓。最后引出本文的主題:海洋哺乳動(dòng)物如何herd fish.

注意這里引出主題的關(guān)鍵詞:so let’s talk about

這部分我們只需要記錄陌生名詞的解釋,以及主題

Step 2:只記重點(diǎn),分層記錄

在筆記上我只需要記錄:

此部分答題時(shí)用1-2個(gè)句子概括。

接下去:

One way marine mammals herd fish is to use a natural feature of the environment as a barrier,a barrier the fish can't pass by.They do this by swimming toward a group of fish and driving them in the direction of the barrier.So that eventually they're gathered up against the barrier and have nowhere to go.For example,some dolphins do this.A group of dolphins will line up and swim toward the shore.The fish that are between the rogue dolphins and the shore get pushed into a smaller and smaller area,making it easier for the dolphins to catch them.

第二段和第三段是主體部分,是并列關(guān)系。首先聽(tīng)到one way,表示開(kāi)始介紹第一種方式。

Other marine mammals herb in deeper waters far from shore.So instead of using a barrier that physically prevents the fish from escaping,the mammals herd the fish into a tight group byproducing temporary conditions,temporary changes in the environment that confuse or frighten the fish and cause them to huddle together.For example,some whales do this in a remarkable way.They died down beneath a group of fish and then swim upward in a circle while blowing air bubbles,which creates a wall of air bubbles surrounding the fish.The fish become confused by the wall of bubbles and trapped inside it.

同樣,在筆記上我只需要記錄:中心句和例子。解釋內(nèi)容認(rèn)真聽(tīng),不需要記錄。

Step 3:合理利用準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間,提前梳理易錯(cuò)之處,保證流利度

同學(xué)們經(jīng)常會(huì)在中心句的地方卡住,因?yàn)楣P記只記錄了句子的一部分。這時(shí)候我們需要總結(jié)平時(shí)經(jīng)常卡殼的地方,在準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間補(bǔ)充一些句子成分,確保順利輸出。

比如:第一個(gè)中心句我記錄的是:

Natural feature as a barrier

這里缺少了主語(yǔ)和謂語(yǔ),于是在準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間,我們加上主語(yǔ)animal和謂語(yǔ)use

animal use+Natural feature as a barrier

這樣看著筆記,就可以很順暢地說(shuō)出中心句:Firstly some animal use the natural feature as a barrier.

Marine mammals herd fish to make them bunched together and hard to escape.The professor talks about two ways to do that.

Firstly some animal use the natural feature as a barrier.For example,some dolphins may line up and swim in a group toward the shore.As they come closer and closer to the shore,the fish between dolphins and the shore will be pushed into a smaller area.So it very easy for the dolphins to catch their prey.
